Just like forms and permissions, conditions are now specific to the year. This was modified for Online Registration. These those must be filled in new every year.
If you are not using our Online Registration, you can copy the previous year conditions by selecting the 'Copy Conditions from Last Year...' button. If you put in an end date for any temporary condition (eg. broken arm, PE exemption), they won't copy to the new year.
If you want to see conditions that were ended in that year, make sure the checkbox 'Show Past Conditions Too' is selected. This only includes conditions that were entered and ended for that year - not previous years.
When you run the 'Medical Conditions' report it will pull the results based on the currently logged in school year.
