Subject contains the contents of the subject line for the email.
Short Text contains the contents of the cell phone text message. It is limited to 140 characters including spaces.
Full Message is the message read in the voice call and is the full email message.
Spanish Messages are used if the language in the SchoolWise family form is set to Spanish. Please note that cell phone text messages are available only in English because Spanish characters like ñ or accented characters are not supported in text messages. However, the full Spanish message for the telephone voice call and email supports all Spanish characters.
