The following 3 options exist for creating the necessary SUN Bucks Data Collection export file:
These exports all require active student meal program enrollment based on the date chosen in the export. If the student was not actively enrolled on the date chosen, they will not be included in the export. Also, the following additional logic is used to determine the dates included in the exports:
1. SSBC Sun Bucks Data Export (In Development - Not Yet Implemented)
Use this export if you want to record the specific dates in SchoolWise. The SUN Bucks program (located on the Student Accounting) can be used to enter one or more records based on the date type. All dates are based on the SUN Bucks Program Date and are determined by the SUN Bucks Program Type. Multiple dates can be used.
- uba_received_date -> SUN Bucks Type Universal Benefits Application
- nslp_received_date -> SUN Bucks Type National School Lunch Program Application
- local_direct_certified_date -> SUN Bucks Type Local Direct Certification
- benefits_extended_date -> SUN Bucks Type Extended Benefits
2. SSBC Sun Bucks Data Template Export
Use this export if dates are recorded in a 3rd party application. All dates are blank and will need to be manually filled in.

- nslp_received_date -> Blank
- local_direct_certified_date -> Blank
- benefits_extended_date -> Blank
3. SSBC Sun Bucks NSLP Data Export
Use this export if you want to use the Meal Program date and verify type to determine the values for the export. All dates are based on the Meal Program Date and determined by the Meal Program Verify Type. Only a single date is used. Please note that only students with one of the Meal Program Verify Types noted below will be included.
- uba_received_date -> Meal Verify Type UBA Form
- nslp_received_date -> Meal Verify Type NSLP Fed Form
- local_direct_certified_date -> Meal Verify Type Direct Certify
- benefits_extended_date -> Meal Verify Type Extended Benefits
