For mid-year enrollment changes, you can use the following tool (Administrator privilege is required):


Enter the date of the ADA class change (1st day not in the old class/1st day in the new class). If, for example, 12/05/2021 was the date used on the ADA enrollment, you'd use that date: 


If an enrollment record needs to be excluded from CALPADS SENR, SINF, & SPRG exports, on the school enrollment tab change the enrollment type (if it wasn't already set) to 'Non-ADA Enrollment'.
