From the Administration menu, select Administrator Reports.

Then from the Registration Form Reports category select the 'Income Data - NSLP Range' report.

Couple things to keep in mind. The Members number is what the parent entered on the form. The Actual number totals the household contacts (including parents) plus the students in the home. That should give you a rough indicator if something seems off and you have to look closer. The Members number should at least be as large as the total Actual. However, just because the Members number is larger, doesn't necessarily mean they're incorrect since not everyone adds every household member to SchoolWise as contacts. It's simply an aid.

For example:
  • That first one would be a problem because they didn't include the children in the count. They should have entered at least 4 Members.
  • The second one could be good, since they may not have entered household members as contacts in SchoolWise.
  • The third one looks good.
