Click on the Administration menu and choose Manage Skill Sets.
Clicking on the gear in the main skill set page, we see the following menu:
Edit Skill-Set Properties brings up the following:
Skill Set Name is where you can rename the skill set as desired.
Description allows you to describe the property.
