1. Go to http://www.caaspp.org/ and click on the (TOMS) button. You may also directly connect to TOMS using the following link https://mytoms.ets.org/
2. Enter your email address and password click Logon.
3. Enter the security code that was sent to you via email or cellphone.
4. Choose your roll and click OK. (Depending on which scores that you want, choose ELPAC or CAASP Coordinator)
5. Click on the REPORTS menu to the top left of the website. (Below is what you see if you chose CAASP)
6. Choose the CAASPP Student Score Data Extract Report (Or ELPAC scores) choose the year and click DOWNLOAD. Remember to save the file somewhere that you won't forget. If your browser window is still open you can press Ctrl +J to see your recent downloads.
7. Once you have saved the file to your computer, you will have to double click it to unzip the file (extract the contents to a folder) Once extracted - the file should have a name similar to: 99999990000000_Student_Results_DLMTR.CSV and it will look something like this:
8. Now that you have the score files from TOMS you are able to import them into SchoolWise. Log into SchoolWise and launch the REPORT Explorer from the REPORTS button on the left hand side. Type into the keyword search bar either: CAASPP or ELPAC depending on which student data results you want to import. The reports are show highlighted below:
9. All of the student result imports operate in the same way, you choose the Test Name for the results that you want to import, set the (round about) Test Date the results were for, then click the Run button.
10. You may now Choose the correct results file to import. Find the file using the left hand side shortcuts or the Look In pull-down menu. Once you have located your results file Left click on to select, then click the Import button.
11. A progress bar will display showing the file import progression, once it's complete the import log will be displayed on screen. You may have to scroll to the bottom of the log file to see the most recent import results but it will look something like this:
You have now successfully imported your test score results. You may view them individually on the Student Form - Testing page tab, or by running any keyword: CAASPP or ELPAC reports found in the SchoolWise report explorer.
