If you are looking to purchase a scanner for SchoolWise please call Judith at RACO. She will help you find a scanner that meets your needs. The default scanner that most schools use is the LS2208. It can be setup as a hand scanner or for use in a stand for "hands-free" scanning. Please make sure to mention that it's for SchoolWise.

While any modern scanner should work with the SchoolWise POS Meal Scanning System, we recommend and officially support the Symbol LS2208 USB model. If you have a scanner already and are looking for help with programming please make sure that the scanner you have is set to Code 39 Full ASCII.
